back, neck, shoulder and joint pain, reduce strain, RSI and
muscular tension, relieve stress and stimulate circulation, regain
height lost through aging and re-discover the balance of body and

In August 2008 the British Medical Journal published the results of a
clinical trial which proved lessons in Alexander Technique have a long term
benefit as an intervention to back pain. Back pain afflicts up to 49% of
the population costing NHS, business and the economy £5 billion a year.
the Alexander Technique can also PREVENT back pain, It is helpful for RSI,
stress, and other postural disorders, all sadly rather common for those working
