Giselle has worked in a number of companies and clinics to introduce the Alexander Technique. Previous clients include: Harrods, M&S, Music Alliance, The Job Centre, 2Simple Software, The British Library and The Wyndham Physiotherapy Centre, Hatton Garden.  As well as teaching introductory courses in several health clubs, Giselle has run masterclasses for physiotherapists, personal trainers, pilates and yoga teachers.

For continued professional development she visits Alexander Teacher Training Schools, attends monthly Alexander Continued Professional Development Workshops, as well as International Alexander Congresses with world renowned teachers. To further her skills, she attends personal development seminars led by top international trainers, well known in their field.

In 2009 she completed a two day foundation course in NLP at the New Oceans Academy which she found most beneficial.
In August 2010, Giselle served as  a member of the Crewing Team for the world famous Clinton Swaine at his 3 day Seminar “Play to Win”.   A truly educational, rewarding and humbling experience.

Giselle is the founder of Back in Balance, a Member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (MSTAT) and is CNHC registered. With over 13 years of experience, her passion for teaching continues to grow. She currently practices from The Finchley Alexander Studio in North London,  and runs workshops and 1:1 training for the University College of London Hospital staff. From September 2011, Giselle will be taking on new clients in Mill Hill, at her new practice located within the Langstone Way Surgery, Mill Hill NW7
